    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt;Where are these pools of hot water located? I like the idea of the tub crawl. Next couple of weeks are a little messed, but how about November.

&lt;br/&gt;Tub Description.
&lt;br/&gt;Berkeley Hills behind the Claremont, Surrounded by trees with views of San Francisco and the Bay. Seats 7 comfortably, though the record is 24, but we had to refill it afterwards. Worst color it's been is green, apparently from a bottle of Medori.&lt;/div&gt;

    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt;OK, as I see it, we can start at sOakland, then, we'll move towards Haven in Pacifica.  After breakfast, it's down to Sunnycove in Santa Cruz.
